Dietary Supplement Recalled Over “Life-Threatening” Risk

Modern Warrior has issued a recall on a dietary supplement.
The Modern Warrior Ready supplement aims to improve brain function and boost one’s metabolism. It was found to contain an ingredient that can cause “life-threatening events.”
The recall was placed after the presence of tianeptine was not declared as an ingredient. The recall statement said, “tianeptine can cause life-threatening events including suicidal ideation or behavior in children, adolescents, and adults aged 25 years and younger.”
It was also said that overdose carries serious and potentially life-threatening risks including “confusion, seizures, drowsiness, dry mouth, and shortness of breath, which can be exacerbated by alcohol use.”
The products were sold directly to consumers nationwide between April, 2022 and December, 2025. Consumers are urged to stop use.
