Horry Co. Taps Renee Hardwick As New Assistant Administrator
The move comes after Webster was named in a sexual harassment and defamation lawsuit.
Horry County officials have named a new Assistant County Administrator for the Public Safety Division.
Renee Hardwick takes on the position after Randy Webster. The move comes after Webster was named in a sexual harassment and defamation lawsuit.
Hardwick has previously worked with the county. Most recently she worked as 911 and Radio Communications Director.
Hardwick was also named Director of the Year by the National Emergency Number Association and South Carolina Associated Public-Safety Communications Officials in 2023.
Hardwick will begin serving the position immediately.
