John Paul Miller Federally Indicted

John Paul is scheduled to be arraigned on January 12 in Florence.

John Paul Miller has been federally indicted on two-counts.

The indictment accuses the former Solid Rock Church pastor of making false statements to investigators following the death of his wife. Mica Miller reportedly died by suicide in April of last year at Lumber River State Park in Robeson County.

John Paul is also facing a federal cyberstalking charge as part of the indictment. He could face up to five years on that charge, two years on the false-statement charge, and a fine of up to $250,000.

John Paul is scheduled to be arraigned on January 12 in Florence.
