Woman Arrested In Connection To Fatal Hit And Run

72-year-old Marjorie McNeill of Red Springs was crossing South Main Street when she was struck by a white SUV. She was transported to a hospital where she later died.
An investigation led to the arrest of Kenda Hunt. She has been charged with felony death by vehicle, failure to reduce speed, and failure to report an accident in the death of McNeill.
