The flames broke out at around 9:30pm Sunday night along 8th Avenue South.
Two of the building’s four units were damaged leaving two people displaced.
One person was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries but their condition was not immediately available.
The cause of the flames remains under investigation. Crews from three different fire departments were at the scene while another provided back-up coverage.
