Man Facing Charges In Connection To Shooting

Police responded to a home along Cherry Laurel Drive in the Hartsville area on reports of shots-fired.

One man is facing charges in connection to a Darlington County shooting.

Last Friday, police responded to a home along Cherry Laurel Drive in the Hartsville area on reports of shots-fired.

Upon arrival, a woman was found shot in the chest and was taken to a hospital to be treated. Her current condition is unknown.

Willie Richardson II has since been arrested and charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person convicted of certain crimes and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
