A two-vehicle crash in Horry County left several people injured in Little River.

The accident occurred along Highway 9 near Highway 57 around 1:30pm on Saturday.

Extrication operations were necessary and six people were taken to a hospital.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
