Darlington Co. Home Severely Damaged During Fire

No injuries were reported as occupants were able to escape the flames.

A home in Darlington County was severely damaged during an early morning fire.

Around 2:30am Monday morning, fire crews responded to the home located in the 700 block of North Main Street.

Upon arrival, the single-story residence was engulfed by “heavy fire.” No injuries were reported as occupants were able to escape the flames.

The fire has since been contained and is under control. A cause has not been determined at this time.
