WalletHub has ranked more than 180 U.S. cities, analyzing each for multiple safety factors such as traffic fatalities, hate crimes, natural disaster risk and more. Taking the title as the country’s safest city is Warwick, Rhode Island…followed by Overland Park, Kansas…Burlington, Vermont…Juneau, Alaska…and Yonkers, New York rounding out the top five. Some of the biggest cities in the country such as New York, Los Angeles and Chicago placed 117th, 156th, and 161st.
