The Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival is set to take place this weekend.
The free three day event is outside, rain or shine. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs or towels to the event that aims to highlight cultural exchange while celebrating music.
The festival will kick off on Friday with performances from Paula Atherton, Devon Campbell, and others. Saturday’s lineup includes Double Bass, Marcus Adams, Karlton Jones, and others. Meanwhile, Sunday’s event will see Tru Sol Band, DS Wilson, as well as Dr. Jaz, who is hosting the festival.
Though the event is free, donations are welcome. It will be held at 2501 North Kings Highway across from the Convention Center.
