10th Annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Beach Walk

There will be a tribute wall where attendees can honor and remember loved ones affected by breast cancer.

The 10th annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Myrtle Beach Walk is scheduled to take place this weekend.

The American Cancer Society invites survivors, thrivers and community supporters to join in the 5k beach walk that celebrates courage, hope, and the power of community coming together to fight the good fight.

The event will take place on Saturday at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark along Ocean Boulevard. Registration opens at 9am with the walk starting at 10am.

Afterward, there will be a lunch, live music, vendors, raffles and more to enjoy. There will also be a tribute wall where attendees can honor and remember loved ones affected by breast cancer.

All proceeds will go toward the American Cancer Society and it’s vital work.
