Nearly 1.4M Countertop Ovens Recalled

The recall comes after 95 reports of the oven doors unexpectedly closing on consumers.

Around 1.4 million countertop ovens have been recalled.

The recall covers Oster French Door Countertop Ovens that were available at Costco, Walmart, Amazon, and other retailers nationwide. The mini ovens were sold between August 2015 and July of 2025.

The recall comes after 95 reports of the oven doors unexpectedly closing on consumers, causing burn injuries as severe as second-degree.

Consumers are urged to contact the company for a free repair kit. However, Oster is not providing any refunds or full replacements.
