Body Of Missing Swimmer Recovered

28-year-old Nicholas Hold went missing while swimming near Sandy Island.

The body of a missing swimmer has been recovered from the water.

28-year-old Nicholas Hold of Murrells Inlet was last seen while swimming in a lagoon near Sandy Island on Sunday.

Around noon on Monday, his body was located by divers from SCDNR.

Further details are limited and his cause of death has not yet been announced.
