Whether you’ve already started your Christmas shopping or not, these dates are important for future planning.

If you’re shipping through the USPS Ground Advantage service or First-Class Mail, the last date to send off should be December 17 in order for a package to arrive by Christmas day.

Those shipping through Priority Mail should send by December 18 while Priority Mail Express should be shipped by the 20.

The Postal Service releases these dates ahead of time to help customers prepare for the busy holiday season.
