Feel like you havent’ seen enough of the world? You could be suffering from “travel dysmorphia.”

That’s the feeling that they haven’t globe trotted enough compared to others. A survey of U.S. adults split evenly by generation revealed that 48% are satisfied with how much of the world they’ve seen.
Social media appears to be a key driver of that sentiment. Over a third cite friends’ and family members’ travel posts as triggers, and another 32% say conversations with peers heighten feelings of inadequacy. But, common obstacles include cost, work commitments, family responsibilities and logistical fatigue.
