Ford Recalls Nearly 1.5 Million Vehicles
The issue could distort the driver's view of what is actually behind the vehicle.
A recall has been placed on around 1.5 million Ford vehicles.
It covers vehicles from model years 2015-2019 of the Lincoln Navigator, Lincoln MKC, Mustang, Ranger, Transit, and several others.
The recall was placed due to the rear view camera possibly showing a blank or distorted image on the center display screen while the vehicle is in reverse.
The issue could distort the driver’s view of what is actually behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Owners can take their vehicle to a dealership to have the rear view camera inspected and replaced, if necessary.
