Man Wanted In Connection To Laurinburg Shooting

Shortly before 3pm Sunday, officers responded to the 300 block of Pitt Street in Laurinburg.

Scotland County authorities are searching for a man wanted in connection to a shooting.

Shortly before 3pm Sunday, officers responded to the 300 block of Pitt Street in Laurinburg.

Upon arrival, 34-year-old Cedric Henderson was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital and is currently in stable condition.

26-year-old Ezekiel McLean is wanted on charges of attempted murder and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He is considered to be armed and dangerous and is expected to be in the Maxton or Laurinburg areas.
