Suspect Involved In 2021 Florence Shooting Arrested In Kentucky

The suspect involved in a 2021 shooting has been arrested four years later.
On June 25 of 2021, police responded to the 900 block of Kershaw Street on reports of a possible shooting.
Upon arrival, they were informed that an altercation at Cruizers gas station broke out in which 37-year-old Darnell Richardson flashed a firearm in a threatening manner.
The suspect fled the scene and got into another altercation near the intersection of Jarrot Street and East Campbell. In that incident, Richardson shot a round toward the victim.
On Tuesday, the suspect was located in Paducah, Kentucky. He will be extradited back to Florence on charges of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and pointing and presenting a firearm.
