26-year-old Irving Centeno-Gonzalez is accused of shooting and killing 41-year-old Lester Goldsmith on August 15.

The Horry County Sheriff’s Office could not immediately confirm Gonzalez’s immigration status. He is one of three men facing charges in connection to the shooting.

Herman Herrera and Marcos Gutierrez-Vazquez are accused of disorderly conduct and were each given bonds of $1,087.

The eatery has been closed since the incident but announced plans to reopen Monday afternoon.
