Dagwood’s Deli & Bumstead’s Pub In Myrtle Beach To Close
The owners said that the locations in North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach will remain open.
A bar and restaurant in Myrtle Beach is closing its doors.
The Dagwood’s Deli and Bumstead’s Pub located along Mr. Joe White Avenue will close at the end of this month.
The owners took to social media to say that the decision was not easy nor made lightly. They added that the locations in North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach will remain open and by closing this location, they can put more energy and resources into those, focusing on more catering and future concepts.
The Myrtle Beach Dagwood’s opened in 1988, with Bumstead’s following in 2003. The location has been a staple in the area for 37 years. The owners thanked the community for their support, memories made, and everyday moments. Doors will close on August 30.
