Goodwill industries and Google have partnered up to train people in artificial intelligence skills.

The non-profit will provide the ‘Google’s AI Essentials Course’ for free to 200,000 people.

The 10-hour class teaches attendees how to use generative AI effectively in day-to-day work. It features hands on experience in tasks that involve videos, reading and interactive exercises.

The course will be available to anyone, including Goodwill employees and those who use Goodwill non-profit career support.

Anyone younger than 18 must have adult supervision while participating in the course.

Upon completion, participants will earn a certificate from Google. Applications are now available on Goodwill’s website.
