Man Charged With Terrorism After Stabbing Several At Michigan Walmart
The suspect attacked the victims without any warning and without making any verbal threats.
One man is facing charges of terrorism after allegedly stabbing eleven people at a Walmart in Michigan.
42-year-old Bradford Gille allegedly entered the store in Traverse City around 4pm Saturday. He then took out a folding knife and began stabbing people.
Officials said the attacks all appeared to be random. The suspect attacked the victims without any warning and without making any verbal threats.
The victims include six men and four women ranging in ages from 29 to 84.
Gille attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended by a group of citizens, including one armed with a gun.
A motive for the attack remains under investigation. Authorities were reportedly searching for the suspect less than 24 hours before the incident in relation to a court order.
In addition to Gille’s terrorism charges he is also facing charges of assault with intent to murder.
