Man Dies After Drowning While Vacationing On The Grand Strand
It is believed that Todd Hilliard of Kernersville suffered a medical issue that caused him to lose consciousness.
One North Carolina man is dead after drowning in North Myrtle Beach.
63-year-old Todd Hilliard of Kernersville was vacationing on the Grand Strand.
He was pulled out of the water near 36th Avenue South on Friday afternoon. He died at a hospital the next day.
It is believed that Hilliard suffered a medical issue that caused him to lose consciousness while wading or swimming in the water.
Hilliard’s cause of death has been ruled as a drowning.
