A two-vehicle crash in Horry County Sunday night resulted in injuries.

Around 9:40pm, Horry County Fire Rescue crews responded to the area of Highway 378 and Oak Grove Road in Conway.

Lanes of the highway were blocked off to traffic as crews worked the scene.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is now investigating.
