The toy retail giant released a doll that has type 1 diabetes as part of its inclusive Fashionistas line.

Mattel partnered with leading diabetes organization Breakthrough T1D to ensure that the medical devices the barbie sports were accurate.

The doll retails for $10.99.

Other dolls in the line include a blind Barbie, one with Down Syndrome, and a Barbie who uses a wheelchair.
