President Trump Expresses Frustration With Both Israel And Iran
President Trump said both Iran and Israel violated the terms of the ceasefire.
President Trump has expressed frustration with both Israel and Iran after the rivals refrained from complying to a recent ceasefire agreement.
Trump announced the two Middle East regions agreed to a ceasefire but just hours later, Israel accused Iran of launching a barrage of missiles and vowed to retaliate.
Iranian officials denied violating the ceasefire and argued that Israel had engaged in multiple strikes on Tehran before the ceasefire went into effect.
President Trump said both Iran and Israel violated the terms of the ceasefire. He said, “Israel, as soon as we made the deal they came out and they dropped a load of bombs, the likes of which I’ve never seen before,” he added, ”I’m not happy with Israel.”
Trump also took to social media to warn Israel to refrain from dropping additional bombs. However, Israel officials said they agreed to Trump’s ceasefire but any violation will lead to forceful response.
