Arrest Made After Stabbing At Myrtle Beach Gas Station

An argument broke out inside the Speedway gas station located along Mr. Joe White Avenue.

An arrest has been made following a stabbing in Myrtle Beach.

Around 5pm on Sunday, an argument broke out inside the Speedway gas station located along Mr. Joe White Avenue.

25-year-old Jaziah Taylor allegedly took a small black knife out of his pocket and followed the victim outside into the parking lot where he stabbed them in the chest.

They were transported to a hospital with injuries that were believed to be life-threatening. Their current condition is unknown.

Taylor claimed the victim head-butted him before the stabbing.

He now faces charges of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

The victim, who suffered internal injury to the lung, has not been publicly identified.
