Many students and a passerby reported witnessing Ingram with a small black firearm, which he pointed during the incident.
One man has been arrested after allegedly pointing a handgun at a school bus in Horry County.
The incident unfolded around 3:30pm on May 7 in the area of Scorpio Lane and Crystal Lake Drive near Surfside Beach.
Arrest warrants claim 34-year-old Emmanuel Ingram was waiting at a bus stop and got onto the bus after it stopped and children had exited. He then began yelling at the children and another person.
An investigation led to the discovery of a video in which a child claimed ingram had a gun. An officer attempted to view different camera angles but could not determine if there was actually a weapon or not.
However, many students and a passerby reported witnessing Ingram with a small black firearm, which he pointed during the incident.
The suspect has now been charged with three counts of pointing and presenting firearms at a person, interfering with the operation of a school bus, and contempt of family court. He is being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center without bond.
