The Snack Wrap is Headed Back to the McDonald’s Menu
McDonald's says customers have been begging for their return for years.
The McDonald’s snack wrap will officially make it’s return to U.S. restaurants, permanently, on July 10th.
The fast-food chain first introduced snack wraps — a chicken strip with shredded lettuce and cheese wrapped in a soft four tortilla — in 2006. It discontinued them nationally a decade later. McDonald’s says customers have been begging for their return for years — with online petitions, daily tweets, and asking about them at the drive-thru. This time around, they’ll be made with one of the chain’s new McCrispy strips. The strips launched nationwide last month. they will come in two options: spicy and ranch.
