17-Year-Old Arrested In Connection To Fatal Horry Co. Shooting

17-year-old Damarion Nealy reportedly shot Johnson when he was sitting in a vehicle outside of his home.

A shooting in Horry County resulted in the death of one person.

Around 12:30am on Sunday, police were called to the area of Highway 905 near Conway on reports of shots fired.

Upon arrival, 20-year-old Gregory Johnson II was found at the back of a residence with a wound to his head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

17-year-old Damarion Nealy reportedly shot Johnson when he was sitting in a vehicle outside of his home.

Nealy has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on a $100,000 bond. Further details remain limited at this time.
