North Myrtle Beach Traffic And Beach Regulations
Barricades will be placed by the North Myrtle Beach Public Works Department starting on Friday.
Ahead of Memorial Day the city of North Myrtle Beach released information to know regarding traffic and beach regulations.
Around 100,000 people are expected to visit during the holiday weekend. There will be an increased presence of officers, including supplemental officers from other agencies in the state.
As for traffic, barricades will be placed by the North Myrtle Beach Public Works Department starting on Friday. They will be set up from 37th to 25th Avenue South. They will be removed Monday.
In addition, the city released beach rules. No alcohol, fireworks, or glass containers are allowed on the beach. Shading devices other than umbrellas are prohibited now through labor day. If you dig a hole on the beach, you must fill it before leaving. And a reminder that littering is illegal and to stay off the dunes.
