Ryan Fox Wins ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic
It was a first U.S. PGA Tour Title in 68 starts for the New Zealand golfer after he finished 15-under.
The ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic wrapped up Sunday with one golfer earning a spot at the PGA Championship.
38-year-old Ryan Fox secured his spot with a 50-foot chip-in from the rough of the green to win in a three-way play-off.
It was a first U.S. PGA Tour Title in 68 starts for the New Zealand golfer after he finished 15-under alongside Mackenzie Hughes and Harry Higgs.
Fox is now set to tee off in the second major of the year which begins at Quail Hollow, North Carolina on Thursday.
The victory also gives the golfer a two-year exemption on the PGA Tour and a spot in the Sentry at Kapalua to start next year.
