Children’s Ride-On Toys Recalled Due To Fire Hazard

The toys were sold at Target and Sam's Club stores nationwide as well as online from June of 2023 to March of 2025.

Huffy has recalled children’s ride-on toys due to fire and burn hazards.

The recall covers the company’s 12-volt Children’s Ride-on Tonka Dump Trucks.

It was placed due to the possibility that the trucks can overheat, posing fire hazards.

The toys were sold at Target and Sam’s Club stores nationwide as well as online from June of 2023 to March of 2025.

Huffy has received three reports of the controller overheating and one regarding flames.

No injuries have been reported but consumers should stop use immediately and contact Huffy for a free replacement controller.
