Gas prices in South Carolina continue to decrease.

The average price of gas across the state has fallen 4.9-cents in the last week bringing the cost to $2.67-per-gallon.

That means prices are currently 8.4-cents lower than a month ago and 56.3-cents cheaper than this time last year.

The cheapest station in the Palmetto State was priced at $2.19, while the most expensive was $3.29.

The average price of gas nationally has also decreased 3.4-cents-per-gallon last week, with the average around $3.10.
