Coastal Carolina Ranked Silver Status For Military Friendly Atmosphere

The university reportedly has 75 student Veterans, 33 serving students and 518 military-affiliated students.

Coastal Carolina University has been recognized for supporting military students and their families.

Schools across the nation were ranked by their “Military Friendly” atmospheres. They were evaluated using public data and responses from a survey.

CCU received Silver Status. The ratings are based on several categories such as Graduation and Career, Culture and Commitment, Financial Aid and Assistance, Military Student Support and Retention, and more.

The university reportedly has 75 student Veterans, 33 serving students and 518 military-affiliated students.

Over 1,800 schools participated in the survey, with only 830 earning special awards.
