One side of the bracket will feature Auburn vs Florida in an SEC showdown that is set to be played at 6pm. The other side will see Duke and Houston face off just before 9pm.
Both games will take place April 5.
Duke secured their final four spot with a victory of 85-65 over Alabama on Saturday.
Florida also won on Saturday 84-79 in a match against Texas Tech.
Auburn placed after defeating Michigan 70-64 Sunday while Houston beat out Tennessee 69-50.
