New retailers could be coming to the Coastal Centre Mall in Conway.

Storefronts at the building have been vacant for years, but redevelopment plans are currently in the works.

What was once K-Mart, Goody’s, and Winn-Dixie will soon become Marshalls, Homegoods, Petsmart, Five Below, and Ulta.

The change comes after ‘Rise Partners’ bought the shopping center back in October.

The mall is located along Church Street.
