Former Nurse Charged For Violating Drug Distribution Laws

A former nurse has been arrested and charged after allegedly violating drug distribution laws.
35-year-old Ashley Jarnagin was a registered nurse at Conway Medical Center. She was hired on January 10, 2023, but was terminated on October 9.
Jarnagin was accused of fraudulently documenting a “quantity” of oxycodone to a patient twice and hydrocodone once.
She now faces charges including three counts of violation of drug distribution law. She was arrested on Monday and released on a $15,000 bond. An investigation is underway.
