Two-Vehicle Crash Results In The Death Of A 63-Year-Old
The deceased victim was identified as 63-year-old Tammy Blanton of Little River.
A crash in Horry County resulted in the death of one person and left another injured.
The accident unfolded around 3:15am Sunday along secondary Highway 57 near Highway 90 outside North Myrtle Beach.
A Hyundai SUV was heading south on Highway 57 while a GMC pickup was traveling north.
The truck struck the SUV near the intersection.
The driver of the Hyundai was pronounced dead at the scene and the passenger was taken to a hospital by EMS to be treated for injuries. Their current condition is unknown.
