FIFA announced that the 2026 men’s World Cup final will include a half-time show for the first time ever.
The U.S., Canada and Mexico are set to co-host the tournament, with the final set to be played at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey on July 19 of next year.
FIFA will be working with Coldplay as well as Global Citizen, which is an advocacy group, to help produce the halftime show. Coldplay will not be performing, but its members will help put together a list of potential artists.
