Grand Strand Businesses Taking Donations For Those Impacted By Wildfires

Some are collecting items such as cases of water, energy drinks, fruit, individually packaged snacks and more.

Several businesses along the Grand Strand are accepting donations for first responders and people who are feeling the impacts from the wildfires.

The Carolina Forest Community Church is partnering with Vines Restoration Plumbing to serve as the donation community site.

It’s located at 1381 Carolina Forest Boulevard. They’re collecting socks, chapstick, zero sugar gatorade or powerade, protein bars and more.

The Men’s Myrtle Beach Rugby Club is raising money to gather supplies first responders need as well as residents who’ve been displaced.

And Coft and Associates SC is collecting items such as cases of water, energy drinks, fruit, individually packaged snacks and more.

Donations can be dropped off Monday until 5:30pm at 1300 Professional Drive.

Local restaurants including Fullbelly BBQ and Tavern in the Forest are offering free meals to first responders.

And Spencer’z, Doyle’s as well as The Hangout are offering deals on meals for first responders and families affected by the evacuations.
