Two Oyster Roast Events Happening On The Grand Strand

There will be live music, local beers, arts and craft vendors, as well as local oysters.

There are two oyster roasts being held along the Grand Strand this weekend.

The inaugural Oyster Roast for the Coast is going down in North Myrtle Beach.

Boardwalk Billy’s will have 30,000 oysters available as well as BBQ and hush puppies.

The event will feature live entertainment by Randy Atwood and The Renegades as well as Magician Eric Hall.

It will be held from 1-5pm on Saturday at Boardwalk Billy’s.

On Sunday, the 11th annual Oyster Roast and Bloody Mary Festival will take place at Wicked Tuna in Murrells Inlet.

Festivities kick off at 11am wrapping up at 5pm.

There will be live music, local beers, arts and craft vendors, as well as local oysters as restaurants compete for the best bloody mary recipe.

You can cast your vote after tasting all the options with tickets that must be purchased at the event, but admission is free.
