NACUFS Live Culinary Competition
The chefs will be representing colleges and universities from the North East and Mid-Atlantic regions.
A top chef style competition is set to be held in Myrtle Beach Monday night.
The ‘National Association of College and University Food Services’ is hosting a live culinary competition during their spring conference.
11 chefs from 11 universities will be showcasing their cooking skills under pressure as they prepare dishes in a timed showdown.
The chefs will be representing colleges and universities from the North East and Mid-Atlantic regions.
They will be judged on their creativity, technique, and precision by a panel of esteemed American Culinary Federation judges.
The event will be held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center from 6pm-8:30pm.
The winner will be announced Tuesday at 9am.
