First Strides is a beginner’s walking and jogging program for women.
The group meets weekly on Thursday evenings at the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex.
The program aims to help you get physically fit, learn about exercise, nutrition and injury prevention.
It also acts as an opportunity to meet new friends.
The First Strides program is set to kick off on February 27 and will run through May 8.
An early bird special will be available until Thursday and costs $40.
