TikTok has returned to the app stores of Apple and Google in the U.S..
The video entertainment app is operated by Chinese parent company Bytedance.
It was removed from Apple and Google’s app store January 18.
The move was to comply with a law that requires Bytedance to sell the app or be banned in the U.S..
The app previously suspended its services in the U.S. for a day before restoring service following assurance from President Trump that he would postpone the ban.
The brief suspension prompted thousands of users to delete the app.
Once restored, many found that the app was deleted from the app stores.
