Youtube TV Loses Dozens Of Channels Amid Dispute
The dispute came about after Youtube TV hiked its base-line price by $10 bringing the total to $82.99-per-month.
Youtube TV could lose dozens of channels due to a current dispute with Paramount.
Paramount Global is notifying subscribers that over 20 channels including CBS, Bet, Comedy Central, MTV and Nickelodeon could go dark on the service.
Other Paramount channels that are being threatened for removal include CBS Sports Network, Paramount Network, CMT, Nick Jr. and more.
In addition, the dispute threatens to pull the Paramount+ and Bet+ subscription services from Youtube TV Primetime channels.
CBS stations nationwide would be dropped from Youtube TV if the two sides can’t reach a deal.
