Man Faces Charges In Connection To Horry Co. Stabbing

One man is facing several charges after a stabbing incident in Horry County.

Just after 2pm on Saturday, police responded to Church Street in the Conway area on reports of someone stabbed.

Upon arrival, the victim was found suffering from a stab wound to their side and was transported to a hospital. Their current condition is unknown.

37-year-old Jordan Hood was arrested on Sunday in connection to the stabbing.

He faces charges of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Hood is being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on a $157,000 bond.
