Which Drink Stains Your Teeth the Most?

A dentist's viral experiment compared cola, coffee, red wine, and tea, and the results were shocking!

We’ve all heard the warnings that certain drinks can stain our teeth, but which ones cause the most damage? A dentist conducted an experiment using the four most popular: coke, coffee, red wine, and tea. He then soaked four extracted human teeth in each drink for ten days. The results showed that tea caused the least staining, followed by coffee, coke, and red wine. The red wine did the most damage, staining the entire tooth, including the root and enamel. The dentist says you can try to prevent this from happening by rinsing your mouth with water immediately after drinking and avoiding sipping on them for more than 15 minutes at a time.
