Citadel Cadets Prepare To Perform During Trump’s Inauguration Festivities

The Band and Pipes have been rehearsing a new tune dubbed 'Song of the Patriots' that was composed by the band's director.

The Citadel’s Regimental Band and Pipes, Summerall Guard, and Color Guard will be participating in Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremonies.

Around 100 cadets will perform during the parade.

The Band and Pipes have been rehearsing a new tune dubbed ‘Song of the Patriots’ that was composed by the band’s director.

The Commandant of Cadets, Tom Gordon, expressed his pride in the cadets. He said, “The Citadel could not be any more proud of our musicians here.”

This will be the ninth time the military college has been involved in a presidential inauguration.

Trump’s ceremony is scheduled to take place on Monday.
