One Injured During Incident At A Florence Medical Center
A man reportedly struck a vehicle in the parking lot of the center on East Cheves Street.
Last Wednesday an incident occurred at the McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence County.
A man reportedly struck a vehicle in the parking lot of the center on East Cheves Street.
A security officer of the facility occupied the vehicle at the time and called for assistance.
Another security officer attempted to stop the driver who refused to listen.
During the incident, the assisting security officer shot the driver. They were then taken into the hospital to be treated for injuries. Their condition is unknown.
Neither of the officers were injured.
